Shuttle Gamingpool Sponsoring

Shuttle supports LAN-Events! We offer fully configured XPC systems and TFT-monitors as a loan for LAN-parties, exhibitions and other events. They are perfect for big LAN-Partys. With high perfermance and a good graphics the Shuttle XPCs make the LAN-Party being an exciting and unforgettable event. The number of XPCs depents on the number of participants. But XPCs are also used for exhibitions and other arrangements.

There are some needs, which have to be fullfiled for a sponsoring:

• minimum of 700-800 participants
• famous internetpage
• experiences with organising LAN-parties
• XPCs must be shown in a high frequented area
• integration into the event-website (sponsors, news, banner, etc..) and link with Shuttle-website (before, during and minimum 2 months after the event)
• central placement of at least one Shuttle banner during the event (stage, canvas, information-counter or similary)
• distribution of Shuttle advertising material, possibly further banners, poster, flags within the public area
• considering beamer-presentation, Shuttle spots/animations or similar digital presentation during the party
• mention in press releases
• reporting after the LAN-Event (forwarding of press releases and photos of the event, esp. the product placement)
• transport handling and/or assumption of the transport costs and the insurance (from stock Elmshorn, Germany)
