Are Shuttle XPCs Silent?
Shuttle XPCs are supposed to be eyecatchers and not a source of noise in the background. The SilentX technology helps Shuttle manage this challenge and make Shuttle XPCs even acoustically the ideal center of digital life right in your living room.
This technology includes the patented I.C.E. heatpipe cooling solution with a linear controlled fan, intelligent heat dissipation and efficient SilentX power supply units. In order to obtain measured noise values of various Shuttle products, please refer to the section „Acoustic Reports“ on our website. Shuttle recommends to activate Smart Fan or Ultra-Low Mode to achieve lowest noise levels.
