My system won't boot after adjusting the PCI Clock in BIOS?

If you have a PCI-E video card installed and...

If you have a PCI-E video card installed and you adjust the PCI clock feature in BIOS to "Sync by CPU clock" or "Fixed 33MHz" settings, the system will need to reconfigure itself. On occasions this will lead to system failure. To resolve this issue, simple press the reset button.
