Superlative gaming fun in France and Belgium.
Christmas is getting closer. Outside it is getting colder and colder, the snow is starting to fall and yet for some people the time for reflection over Christmas seems a long way off.
On the contrary from the 21st to the 23rd December Counterstrike and World of Warcraft will see to it that there is action in an otherwise so bleak winter.
Two LAN parties in one weekend will keep French-speaking gamers entertained. The venues are the Ping Arena in Tournefeuille and the "Ordened Computer Chaos", in short OCC, in the Belgian city Temse.
There will be festive gambling in the south of France, in Tournefeuille to be precise, for this is where the 10th PING ARENA LAN will take place. The expected 500 participants and visitors will be able to compete in games such as Counter-Strike, Warcraft III and no doubt Quake 4 as well.
They will not be playing in just France. Belgian too is holding what is a true highlight for the gaming population. With the Ordened Computer Chaos LAN 500 participants are expected at the forerunner events. In Temse gamers will also be attracted by games such as Counter Strike and World of Warcraft, but also Unreal Tournament, Trackmania Nations, FIFA 08 and Command & Conquer 3.
