With these products, we ask that you first of all contact the reseller where you bought the product. They will be able to advise you. All resellers are able to send your product to Shuttle.

Should your device be out of warranty period or if warranty is otherwise void, please contact a reseller for spare parts.

Complete systems and monitors

Complaints about these products are handled by telephone hotlines throughout Europe, which are completely free to use. Shuttle complete systems are marked with a "Shuttle ID" sticker.
