Peter Molyneux presents "Black&White 2" – Epic Games introduces Unreal Tournament 2007– Hardware partners announced

Shuttle Inc. - the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of Small Form Factor (SFF) PCs and accessories, Intel, the leading producer of semiconductors, and ESL, the leading European gaming league, present the "Intel Shuttle ESL Arena" (Hall 3, Booth A40/B50) at the Games Convention taking place in Leipzig, Germany from the 17th to the 21st of August 2005. Occupying approximately 1300 square meters, it will constitute a true gamers' paradise.

100 Shuttle XPC Barebones fitted with the latest Intel® Pentium® 4 Extreme Edition as well as dual-core processors* will be at the disposal of attendees. In addition to the Shuttle XPC Barebones and Intel processors, the following hardware companies will be included: ATI top-of-the-line graphics cards, Sennheiser Communication PC160 Headsets, Cherry CyMotion Master Xpress keyboards and M-5000 mouse, in addition to 512MB of takeMS DDR2-533 RAM from Memory Solution as well as DDR2-667 RAM from Infineon.

Top of the line hardware isn't all that will be showcased: the latest games will also be at the Intel Shuttle ESL Arena. The British gaming legend Peter Molyneux will be presenting "Black&White 2" for the very first time – on a Shuttle XPC of course. Admitted to the Interactive Arts and Sciences' Hall of Fame in 2004, Molyneux was granted the Order of the British Empire this year for his contribution to the computer and video gaming industries.
With "Unreal Tournament 2007" Epic Games will present a highly anticipated multiplayer game. The exclusive presentation will be introduced with a 5-minute trailer detailing the history of "Unreal Tournament." "Unreal Tournament 2007" will then be officially unveiled by Mark Rein (Vice President, Epic Games,) Jeff Morrison (Producer, Epic Games) and Jim A. Brown (Lead Level Designer, Epic Games.) "Unreal Tournament 2007" is based on the third generation of the award-winning Unreal Engine.

Visitors to the Games Convention will be able to experience first hand the power of Shuttle's Small Form Factor (SFF) PCs powered by Intel processors. With their combination of industry-leading components and such acclaimed games as "Warcraft 3," "Juiced," "FIFA 2005," "Lord of the Rings – Battle for Middle Earth" and "Black&White 2."

In addition, professional gamers will be on hand. The European Nations Championships is but one of the many events scheduled to take place at the "Intel Shuttle ESL Arena." The best gamers from across Europe will be teamed up in 12 national teams. They will face off in games such as "Warcraft 3," "FIFA 2005," "Counter-Strike" as well as "Unreal Tournament." Prize money for the tournament totals 25,000 Euros.
