Shuttle offers its products through a network of distributors and resellers; Shuttle products cannot be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Should you require after-sales service, we ask that you first contact your Shuttle reseller where you first purchased your product. The exact length and terms of the warranty offered by specific resellers may vary. Shuttle is unable to offer warranty service for Shuttle products as these have not been purchased directly from Shuttle.

Products must normally be returned to the respective point of purchase. In the event that the product was purchased from one of our distributors, please use the new RMA service handling. |
