Netzwelt: " It nearly surpasses anything we have seen in our test lab so far."

The Shuttle XPC P2 3700G incorporates the latest components available to date: Shuttle XPC Barebone SD37P2, Microsoft Windows XP Home, Intel® Core™2 Extreme Processor X6800, 4096 MB DDR667 RAM from takeMS, Nvidia GeForce 7950GX2 graphics card, Samsung HD401LJ (SpinPoint T133 Series) 400 GB hard disk. Being loaded with absolute high-end hardware it set new standards at the German computer website Netzwelt.de: "Strictly speaking, the Shuttle XPC P2 3700G is Shuttle's most powerful gaming platform in shoebox size. This model nearly surpasses anything we have seen in our test lab so far."

"It can easily keep up with PCs which are three times bigger than this little box," cited the editors about the Shuttle XPC P2 3700G. This because its powerful hardware working inside. "The performance of this mighty dwarf can be summed up in just one word: radical. Calling their CPU Intel Core 2 Duo X6800 with Conroe Core and 4MB L2 cache, Intel really didn't promise too much." While providing incredible performance, the CPU also works efficiently: "Nothing really fools the P2 3700G when it comes to saving energy." Maximum power consumption was "under load 260W and barely 130W in idle mode." This convinced the editors making them conclude: "Excellent for a PC with a performance like this."

Another advantage: the Shuttle XPC P2 3700G is shipped with all the bells and whistles and well-configured: "The OS is pre-configured, has the latest graphics cards drivers installed and is running only neccessary processes in the background. Especially games the P2 3700G was designed for will benefit from the extremely fast access times."
