The Shuttle Computer Handels GmbH guarantees Shuttle XPC System Solutions for two years. This takes the form of a pick up, repair and return service. The number of accetable damaged subpixel is conformed by the ISO classification (ISO-13406).
The guarantee becomes invalid if the Shuttle XPC System Solution has
• not been used in accordance to the instructions supplied or has been misused.
• been damaged following a fall or shock.
• been connected to a higher mains supply than specified.
• been dismantled or tampered with in any way.
• been serviced previously by anyone other than the authorised service partner. |
