MV43P/N:

Can I install DDR and SDR SDRAM together on this mainboard?

No. since there is a voltage difference between DDR and SDR SDRAM, using DDR in conjunction with SDR SDRAM may cause permanent damage to both mainboard and memory used.

How to install DDR (184 pins) or SDRam (168 pins)

When you want to install SDRam memory, please follow pictures as below.

Remarks
1. CPU internal core bus speed runs at 400/533MHz.
2. * Hyper-Threading function micron process technology
is supported since BOM 73 & later.
3. Prescott core is not supported.

I have P4 2.4.GHz (533MHz) CPU installed, but why shows P4 1.8GHz on the screen?

Please refer to the following diagram and adjust those jumpers for setting up FSB to 533MHz.

This is the MV43V/N CPU support list for your reference ; http://www.shuttle.com/new/support/faq/mainboard/support%20lists/MV43V%20support.pdf
Notice : If your CPU embedded the Hyper-Threading technology feature, please do not forget to “Enable” Hyper-Threading support in Bios setting.
