XPC Barebone SH97R6 is finalist at the European Hardware Awards 2015

The first ever European Hardware Awards will take place on the evening of the 2nd of June 2015 during this year's Computex in Taipei, Taiwan.

This awards ceremony, hosted at the Taipei International Convention Center, was started by the European Hardware Association, a collaboration between some of Europe's most influential hardware sites. The alliance was founded in 2015 and includes names such as Hardware.Info (Netherlands), KitGuru (UK), Hardwareluxx (Germany), Cowcotland (France), Hardware Upgrade (Italy), Hispazone (Spain), PurePC.pl (Poland) and Lab 501 (Romania). These websites boast a combined average reach of around 20 million visitors per month.

Prior to the annual awards ceremony, the editors of these sites have the job of selecting the best hardware that the European market has to offer. This year, they will be choosing from over 120 products in over 30 categories. There will also be awards for the best technological innovation and the most significant person of the year in the IT world.

Shuttle is nominated in the "Mini PC / Barebone" category, where its XPC Barebone SH97R6 will face competition from the likes of ASUS, MSI and Gigabyte. Among its impressive features are a wide processor spectrum including the models of the new Broadwell generation, up to 32 GB DDR3 RAM, up to four SSDs or HDDs, and support for dual-slot graphics cards like the AMD Radeon R9 280X or the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970.

May the best product win!
