La differenza rispetto al modello Barebone K45 salta subito all’occhio. Shuttle ha integrato nel K45SE un’unità ottica in formato Slimline. Il masterizzatore DVD±RW si inserisce inoltre molto discretamente nel pannello frontale. Come già lo Shuttle Barebone K45, anche questo modello è ideale per l’utilizzo quotidiano del PC in ambito Business o Home. L’intera serie K di Shuttle è una piattaforma economica perfettamente integrabile in rete, eventualmente anche tramite LAN wireless. Questo conveniente modello entry-level è rivolto in particolare a piccole e medie imprese, uffici pubblici e istituti scolastici ed è inoltre perfetto per applicazioni in ambito domestico.
