Le Shuttle X50 Barebone est destiné aux amateurs de hardware, qui reconnaissent l'avantage d'utiliser un system pré-assemblé, mais qui veulent également avoir le choix des éléments clés de leur machine comme la mémoire, le disque dur et le système d'exploitation. Pour créer un PC complet, il vous faudra les composant additionnels suivants:

-Un disque dur 2,5"
-Un ou deux module de mémoire DDR2 667/800 SO-DIMM
-En option, un clavier et une souris USB
-Windows XP ou Windows Vista
