        1. Fix when using ATA 66 HD can't enable DMA mode in WIN95/98
        2. Add "LOCK" function in item "CPU Clock Rate" and set it to default, then item
           "CPU SPEED" will be disabled
        3. Update CPU code (PIII 550Mhz CPU)
